Today we presented our Poems (p.13 in book) and practiced our verbs and also the map. Then, we learned "affirmative and negative words," and practiced them. Homework is in the workbook: pages 7 -10, and we have a MAP QUIZ on Wednesday. We have to know the countries and their capitals, where Spanish is spoken.

Today we went over what will be on THURSDAY'S TEST and how to study for a Spanish test. We practiced "question" words with our partners; we read the dialogue from p. 8 in the textbook and finished exercise 14 on p. 9 to practice verbs. We also did a listening activity and answered comprehension questions. We started a crossword to practice vocabulary.

HOMEWORK DUE TOMORROW: Finish the crossword and complete a translation worksheet.

Today we practiced our vocabulary pronunciation, and then we learned about how adjectives worked. We filled in an organizer and practiced the forms, and then we did a reading and comprehension exercise. We also did part of a worksheet about our textbook, and then we got a new vocabulary list to fill in as homework tonight. WORKBOOK PRICE is $10 (not 8) - please pay by next Wednesday, February 16.
