Today we practiced our vocabulary, verbs, and pronouns. We also reviewed yesterday’s video program by reading the script in the book, and also finishing a comprehension packet about it. Then, we started our homework, and had time to watch some more of La sirenita! Homework: pages 53 – 56 in our workbook. Next week: 3A exam is Wednesday, December 15, so start studying now!

Today we worked really hard on our vocabulary, and we wrote more verbs on our pink verb sheet. We did an in-class practice packet (pink) on irregular preterite verbs, and we played the dice game to practice their forms. We also re-read our video story and did a green comprehension packet, and we also did two oral exercises in our book for lots of oral participation points! Homework: a new yellow worksheet. DUE FRIDAY: "Mi casa de sueños," including at least 5 rooms and 20 labels about furniture and aspects of the house. OK to add several floors (pisos) or garden around house. Color would be muy hermoso!

Next week we will have a quiz over the verbs, the vocabulary lists, and the map packet, in recognition and matching format for the map, and in spelling format for vocabulary and grammar. How to study? Review verb forms on verb sheet! Say them aloud, practice how they're written. Same with vocabulary, and practice with your flashcards. Cover up a country on the map packet and try to name it and its capital.
