Today we worked on practice oral skits over our whole book, and we practiced all of our verb forms on our warm-up. We corrected our blue packet which was homework, and we got a lot of points. We also corrected and went over our chapter 4 exam from Friday. NO HOMEWORK, do study whole course and review materials.

Hoy repasamos la tarea, y repasamos las 20 frases de las tarjetas de ayer (las anaranjadas). Luego, tomamos el examen de capítulo 4. Tenemos un paquete azul para lunes, y también el paquete grande y blanco. Hay que repasar TODO el libro (hasta p.196) para el examen final. ¡La maestra está muy triste que no vayamos a vernos después de la semana que viene!

Today we practiced our two past tenses, and we corrected and handed in our homework. Then, we worked on our art projects and presented our stories! No homework - we have to start studying for our final this weekend. :-)

Today we practiced everything for our exam, with many speaking and writing activities from our chapter 4 information. Then, we had a huge review translation practice review game, and we will correct those sentences and hand them in tomorrow. Tomorrow is our chapter exam, over everything form pages 154 - 196.

Today we practiced our preterite and imperfect uses, and we also practiced for our oral exam next week. We wrote stories in the two past tenses, with pictures, adventures, and some animals! Tomorrow, we will present them. Homework tonight is pages 89-90 in our workbook.

After the warm up and homework review, we practiced for the oral exam, using the vocabulary from our textbooks. The oral exam will be on Tuesday.

We learned more about past tense verbs and when to use the preterito and imperfecto in the same text. Sra. Croft gave us an example of how to use the past tense in storytelling.

And finally,we did a listening activity (+blue handout) to practice vocabulary from 4B.

Today we practiced for our exam on chapter 4 which is this Friday. We took notes and reviewed everything, and then we did some written and oral activities, and we did some listening comprehension. Homework is pages 59-60 in our workbook.

Today we practiced all of our verbs and reviewed REFLEXIVE verbs, and we have a homework worksheet. We worked hard on all uses of reflexive verbs, and we finished our fortune teller skits. TEST on Friday over chapter 4.

Today we practiced all of our irregular preterite forms, read and reviewed our video story, and we have a crossword puzzle as homework! Start studying... final is next week!

Today we practiced our future and conditional tesnes, and we took notes on and reviewed the present and past perfect tenses, or Present Perfect and PluPerfect. To use them, we say "has + past participle" as in HEMOS ESTUDIADO (we have studied). We have a chapter test on Thursday, and we are practicing everything in the unit this week. Homework is a blue vocabulary packet.

After warm up and homework review, we revisited the preterito verb tense -- how we conjugate it and when to use it. We listened to an original story Señora Croft told with examples of the preterito.

We started a preterito packet and watched a video about Spain.

Today we practiced our vocabulary and corrected our homework and reviewed the "nosotros" commands. Then, we took notes over the FUTURE tense and also the CONDITIONAL, and practiced "will," and "would." Then, we did a practice packet, and then fortune tellers came to class and told our fortune. Homework: finish the packet through E, not F and G. NEXT WEEK: exam over chapter 4. We also got a final exam review packet = 100 points, due next Friday.

Today we practiced vocabulary from 4B.
We used flash cards, played "grab the card" with the vocabulary picture cards and read and translated a text from the textbook (page 212) to practice vocabulary.

We also reviewed vocabulary on body parts (tobillo, cara, cabeza, pierna, etc.) by doing an activity with a brave volunteer.

Homework due on Monday is PW 85-86.

We also watched more of Selena, and our homework is a yellow vocabulary-practice worksheet, due Tuesday. Next Thursday: QUIZ over all chapter 4 vocabulary, used in context, comprehension, not spelling.

Today we practiced our vocabulary and our IMPERFECTO (green verb sheet, "used to" forms), and then we wrote and presented skits about our childhood. We also watched a little more of Nemo, and we have homework tonight: a worksheet that's due on Tuesday. EXAM over chapter 4A next Wednesday, pages 182 - 208, over vocabulary and verbs and other structures in this chapter.

We corrected our homework and our 20 translation card sentences from yesterday, and then we had our 3B chapter test. Later, we watched a movie about Animales del mundo. HOMEWORK: fill in the vocabulary packet, and make flashcards for #1-37 in the packet (not past that).

Today we practiced everything in our chapter, did some listening practice, watched our chapter video, and did some translation review sentences which we will correct tomorrow. Tonight's homework: a review worksheet with vocabulary from chapter 3. STUDY everything in chapter 3 from our review list we got on Tuesday. Tomorrow's test is over subjunctive forms, command forms, pronouns, and vocabulary about health and fitness.

Today we practiced all of our chapter information, and we reviewed our command forms and also practiced everything in chapter 3B, including directions. Test tomorrow: chapter 3B, pages 154 - 180. Today we practiced our command forms, pronouns, and also vocabulary from chapter 3. We did flashcard review of pronouns and their placement, we read some textbook information, and we also practiced our listening comprehension and corrected our homework. Tonight's homework is a subjunctive review worksheet. For the exam on Friday, be sure to study your review sheet you received yesterday (a list of all of the concepts in chapter 3), and we'll review more tomorrow.
