¡Adiós a los "seniors" y felicitaciones! Hoy platicamos acerca de los planes para el futuro y para el verano. ¡Todos tienen planes interesantes! Decidimos qué películas vamos a ver para el resto del año. ¡No habrá tarea para el resto del año!

We reviewed more information from chapters 4A and 4B, and practiced verbs in present, preterite and imperfect tenses. Then we presented review skits over the various themes and concepts studied this year, with each pair working on a different set of concepts. There is NO homework anymore! Be sure to keep reviewing: final exam will cover from P.E. (page 2) up to the end of 4B, and your review sheet lists each concept that will be included in the exam. Also, look at Friday's handout about how to study successfully, to plan your time well. This is the final blog for the year - the next week will be all review and in-class practice activities, and there will be no homework. The final exam is 100 questions (Scantron), and also a 20-point essay, with your choice from among 4 topics that we've studied this year.

Hoy vimos uno de los videos de los proyectos, y tuvimos unas charlas. Luego, tuvimos el examen de La mordaza. Mañana: entrégale a la maestra tu guión, o evidencia de lo que tú contribuiste al proyecto final. No hay tarea, y mañana es el examen sobre capítulos 11, 12 y 13 de Repaso, libro aberto.

Today we practiced 4B vocabulary, read a story in the book about celebrations, and watched the 4B video. We also worked on conversation activities with 4A vocabulary and grammar about our childhood. Then, we received a review sheet for the final exam and talked about how to prepare. TAREA: new vocabulary crossword

Vimos un video (proyecto final) y leímos el epílogo de La mordaza. También, oímos unas charlas. No hay tarea, porque mañana es el examen final sobre La mordaza. Vamos a oír varias charlas también.

We learned 4B vocabulary, practiced the uses of the preterite with the imperfect on a yellow handout, and did many oral vocabulary practice activities with a partner. Tonight's homework is a worksheet to write out the 4B vocabulary.

español V - lunes, el 2 de junio

Vimos un proyecto en disco/video, y oímos una charla (Rebeca). Mañana veremos los otros proyectos. NO HAY TAREA, pero mañana vamos a discutir el epílogo de La mordaza; favor de tenerlo leído para mañana.

We reviewed uses of the imperfect, took notes over the uses of the preterite and the imperfect together, did a blue crossword puzzle with page 208 vocabulary (4A), and have a worksheet packet as homework. FINAL EXAM will be over everything through 4B in the textbook.
